I know a fair few people that wouldn’t touch child maintenance, stories I’ve been told about it. It’s not worth it. My sisters ex turned around to her and said he’ll only pay through CM because they’ll only make him pay £2.50 a week per kid and he only knew that because of his older brother. He was working cash in hand and getting sick money and kept refusing to pay for the kids.
Honestly CM really doesn’t do much

I don’t mind billie I think she’s a dick but she’s not fake like Chloe- sassi is the one who makes me feel sick! I have so much tea tho it’s untrue as I know Darren personally

I thought they could take it further and they do this scheme where they take it directly from their pay? I just think he’s self employed and probably not declaring half his income so she doesn’t think there’s any point as she won’t get much more than likely? It is bad to be working full time see your children only 4 times a month IF you stick to contact and then not pay.
 
If he’s self employed or knows his employer and they don’t respond and aren’t helpful how exactly would they be able to take it from him pay? Say he fixes my car and I go to pop my cash in his hand and someone from csa is there waiting to swipe 20%?
I know it’s ridiculous but csa are not worth anything unless the non-resident parent wants to pay and you just want to agree on how much.
 
It’s changed a lot since I got it but the process is longgggg and they managed to get some out of his pay so he quit his job. They said they could do things like suspend his driving licence etc but anyway that was before the system changed and they started charging for people to put a claim in (not sure if they do that now), my sperm donor pissed off to Australia to live and when my daughter turned 20 CM wrote to me saying they were gonna write off his £3000 debt. They really are tit and have no real powers, I think anyone who has managed to get cash is if the fella has said they won’t pay, CM has got involved and the fella has given in. There’s ways and means of avoiding them

Yeah its like every other day billie is tagging megan in stories of people saying how much they love their relationship. She was more grounded and supportive on the show but now she just thrives off Megan's drama.
 
I get why they’re bitter against Ree, she was once Dylan’s side piece. But why do they act like Megan is some queen when she was cheating with and stole her best friends boyfriend, is now dating a convicted criminal and can’t do aesthetics to save her life either? Plus Ree-ane seems to treats all the kids equally, especially at Christmas. I’m not a fan of either of them but they drag Ree when Megan could be dragged more

To be fair she is right there. It's highly embarrassing that he seems proud to not pay for his children and ree did confirm he did what he could to not pay
 
Yeah absolutely no excuse for not supporting his children , Reanne just posts quotes on her stories trying to take the high ground. Yeah she might treats the kids equal etc but still don't get how she can support Dylan not paying for his kids. If the cheating things are all true (probably are) then eventually she will be on her own and probably fighting for child support the same but will be worse off than megan
