I don't rate any of the dads tbh, most of them look off their face majority of the time. People might not agree at all but I don't believe you can be a good parent and still have drugs as part of your life, and for that reason if I had to choose I'd probably put Ste or Jordan first because those are the only 2 I haven't actively seen clearly on them.

With the mums I'd probably put Chloe first, then Mia, maybe Naomi although I haven't seen a lot of her recently so I couldn't say for sure. Again I don't actually think any of them are great, they all have their 'issues' as I'm sure most parents do. Drugs is just something I can't abide by when you have kids, I can't comprehend why you'd even want to pass that impression on to your children.

I’d go with:

1) Chloe
2) Mia
3) Naomi
4) Shannon
5) Sassi
6) Ree
7) Amber
8) Megan
9) Emma

I just can’t get over Amber having Brooklyn in nappies and having a dummy until he was about 4/5!!
Tbf to Amber I’m sure I saw her post that Brooklyn was getting screened for ADHD (i think it was), which could explain a lot of the behaviour and reluctancy to stop dummies and nappies maybe. I think she’s a pretty good mom from what we see on social media now, I think a lot of her issues were from being stressed out with her relationship issues (albeit mostly self inflicted!!) and pregnancy hormones 🤷🏻‍♀️ she adores both the boys I think

Everyone’s opinions will differ, I would personally put amber near the top along side mia and Chloe, no parent is perfect but I do think she’s a good mum, she’s talked about Brooklyn being assessed for autism/adhd before so that could explain some of the situations to do with Brooklyn.

Haha I'd be on the same place as Amber then - my son was in nappies at night and had a dummy at bedtime until he was a few months off 5. No autism or ADHD to chalk it down too either. With the nappies at night it just took him longer to be able to hold his bladder- one day it just happened though and there's never been so much as an accident since. With the dummy I just thought its giving him comfort while he is going to sleep so what harm can it do. Again one day he just decided he didn't want it anymore and now hates dummys, like if I joke that we're going to get him dummys he looks disgusted 😆

Point im trying to make is that my son is now a "normal" 6 year old with no ill effects from being in nappies/ having dummys for longer than many think is appropriate.

But we're all totally entitled to our own opinions, thats what this thread is for 😊

I think some people forget that all children are different, there not all the same, it’s not always down the parents. I hate when other parents call other parents lazy etc.. (there’s been a lot of those words been said on this thread before) but nobody knows anyone else’s situations etc, sometimes it’s actually down the children and what is best for them, my child is 8 and has accidents in the bed sometimes.

Am i right in saying someone on a previous thread mentioned Brooklyn had already had fillings etc because she gives them really sugary fizzy drinks? 😫

Im sure she has said that Brooklyn was or is being assessed for ASD but I don’t know if I’ve imagined that.. if that is the case though, it can’t really be helped x

Amber seemed to be doing a lot better after having Hudson, aside from Ste being a head. It seemed she jsut had no clue about child development and parenting and no guidance, she reacted emotionally to everything rather than taking a breather and assessing the situation and how Brooklyn might be feeling and how she could fix it rather than scrambling to try get the result she wanted as fast as possible, so instead of diffusing the situation she yelled and screamed and smacked back and in turn displayed that that behaviour is acceptable and how you deal with emotional then got into a vicious circle. I find watching her segments with Brooklyn really distressing, where she's smacking and calling him horrible etc. Hopefully things really have improved since then. Initially after having Hudson she seemed completely broken but it seemed to get better from there.

So I feel like Chloe is the best Mum. But I also do recognise that she did have support from Jordan (I don’t think he’s a great partner but I do think he’s a good dad) and a very supportive family. I mean they both got jobs at her dad’s business, which reduces financial stress which can mean being a 10/10 parent is tough. And it is easier being a parent if you live with a second parent because you’ve always got that second pair of hands. Shannon struggled because Charlie was a glorified babysitter. He pretty much always went home at the end of the night and left Shannon to look after Theo!

I do understand that to a certain point, but the house was always a mess. Even Ste at one point said that it’s disgusting the way the house was and he hates that his son lives in that mess. And like somebody else said, she does react to everything really emotionally and just screams. I completely understand being stressed out but everything just erupts.

I feel like I’m really defending amber today 😂. Buuuut I think you could really see how depressed amber was at some points which would explain why her house got on top of her
