I don’t have a strong grudge against Mia I just dont understand why it’s okay for her to have her friends round all the time and host a party for them. I don’t get the bubbles thing, it’s been explained in the comments a bit more but surely support bubbles are there for SUPPORT not house parties You can’t say one thing about Mia on this thread without people saying you have something against her

But how do you define “support”? Surely it’s different for everyone? As they have bubbled up together, they are one household. So say it was your birthday and whoever you live with was like let’s have some drinks food etc, you’d say no?

Not stupidity alot of people didn't agree with what mia was doing. She did a story on it, wasn't just her. And the rules are hard to understand alot of people don't fully get them. Sorry she isn't a genius like yourself

Thank you! Agreed. Bubbles are pointless if there’s so many ways to get round them everyone might as well just meet up and call it a day I just want my baby to have a normal sociable life lmao

I understand emotions may be high right now but this is silly.

Support bubbles are not pointless at all. When you're in a support bubble, you become an "extended household", as if both households work as one. A single household or single with children household can bubble with 1 other HOUSEHOLD regardless of how many people are in that household. Those two households can not bubble with anybody else. You can also have a childcare bubble separate to your support bubble, but you can't socialise within your childcare bubble, it's purely for childcare purposes. It really doesn't matter whether you sit around and cry to your support bubble or get smashed. The point of being able to have a support bubble is SUPPORT, if your kind of support looks different that's fine but don't make out that support bubbles are pointless or anybody's doing anything wrong when they aren't.

Doubt you'll have the same attitude when your baby's born and you're eligible to bubble as you'll have an infant, but I digress.
