They’re obviously not saying they’d rather their kids die from diseases instead of having autism. These are parents that are struggling to come to terms with the fact that their child has a disability. I feel very sorry for them and if they want to blame a vaccine then so be it. I know of 2 parents whose children have severe autism, one of which has said they noticed a change in their child after their vaccines, the other did not. They aren’t forcing their opinions on anyone and they aren’t trying to sue, nothing can be done now but if they want to believe the vaccines had a neurological side effect on their child then I’m not going to belittle them for that. Side effects from any medication is always a possibility.. some may react to penicillin, some may not.. not really fair to make out people are stupid for thinking it’s a possibility

Yes but she's spreading misinformation which could put someone else off giving their kids the vaccines. At least know what you are talking about before spreading crap around.

this isn’t the case though, she is spreading information that is proven not to be factual.
 
I hate to be that person who says "never did me any harm" but I don't get why people are suddenly anti vax I know covid brought out that side of alot of people but there were anti vaxxers before that, when I was little (90s) everyone just got the jabs no questions as far as I know and now people have gone mad

There were parents in my kids class who wouldn't even let their child have the flu nasal spray
Each to their own but like others have said its about protecting your kids

I’m not talking about people you know though, I’m talking about the girl on live with Charlie spreading misinformation with no reason to do so.

Regardless, I personally disagree with anyone who states autism is a ‘side effect’ of vaccinations when so so many medical reports and studies have proved otherwise.

When you talk about side effects to penicillin, you are probably referring to proven side effects which are accepted by medical professionals, very different to the ‘autism argument’.

It most definitely a personal decision that concerns no one, however, it is dangerous to spread false information to get people to agree with your point of view.

It’s just the vibe to sit there and basically say you don’t love your kid as it is, my sons autistic and I wouldn’t sit there looking for cause and actively trying to make sure my other kids aren’t autistic it’s vile and ableist. She’s happy to claim the DLA for them kids but not to just accept them as they are 🤷🏼‍♀️

This was exactly my point! If my child had autism, I definitely would not feel the need to find someone to ‘blame’. What I couldn’t do is expose my child to illnesses and feel good about it

Exactly this. I’d rather my kid have potential side effects than a nasty illness

Gotta totally agree with this. I can't stand Charlie, her life is so fucked up and unstable and she ain't the best parent ever because she's absolutely bonkers. I do think she genuinely cares about her kids, and wants to be a good mum she just doesn't really know how because she's so messed up. Having said all that, all kids love their mum because it's their mum. Even kids who are genuinely abused and neglected love their mum and would still choose them. She clearly has a good relationship with her dad and his partner and hopefully that will provide some level of balance and stability as she grows.

i agree with some of this but coming from someone who was neglected and abused by their mum as a child I haven’t loved my mum sad to say the feeling only got worse as I got older especially now that I’m a mother myself. My mother is terminally ill but after what she did to me and how traumatised I am and how much therapy I’ve needed which is still on going, as awful as it sounds if my mum passed away I wouldn’t be heartbroken but I would be sad not because I’d miss her but more that she’s my child’s only grandparent.

Charlie might have had a messed up upbringing but she’s had plenty of time to seek help and break the cycle and be better than her mum. She’s just chose not to. Which is sad really she planned hughie and didn’t even try get herself together and in a better place before having him.

I think she cares for her kids but not to a big extent she likes the newborn fuss stage and the easy stage but as seen with harlow like calling her stupid when on tiktok live her kids become inconvenient for her when they grow and get more difficult the novelty of it all goes away.

I just hope Charlie sorts herself out before it’s too late with harlow or her and harlow won’t have a good bond at all.

I probably over generalised, and it doesn't surprise me your feelings as an adult and a mother. Children often don't realise their situation hence still having love for the parents but as they grow the realisation, resentment and often hatred sets in.

I'm really sorry to hear of your experience, I hope you one day manage to find some peace with everything ❤️

honestly I think I hit 10 and everything for my mum just went more so when I got older. I’m over everything I can’t change it and with therapy I’ve learnt to set boundaries so now soon as she’s toxic she’s cut off. I just make sure I’m nothing like her as a mother and so far I never have been 💕

My boyfriends mum never vaccinated him, he’s now 23 and struggled so much because of that decision
