It is rented yes, I don’t think they’ll buy until Charlie plants real roots because they need to be able to move for Harlow (just a theory)

Their house looks nicer than Charlie’s to be fair! If they have only moved in they might not have had a chance to get curtains etc yet that’s if they are even allowed to put curtains up. Some landlords are pricks and don’t allow people to put up curtain poles

There are empty curtain pole tbh and she has put hauls up of her buying things curtains are always first thing I put up think windows without are grim but that’s just me. She’s 100% got a nicer house than Charlie she lives on the nicer estate of the area Charlie lives on the worst estate.
