I think he gets away with it because we haven’t actually see him do it at the home where Harlow sleeps, whereas Charlie had coke on her breakfast bar where Harlow would eat, it’s gross.. but they’re both dicks for doing drugs anyway, all it takes is one bad batch and Harlow is left parentless
