All well and good saying what you would do but it’s actually a really hard thing to do when in an abusive relationship
But she is not in it any more, if you were right, she is free, she is safe.

Also once had police around when an argument got heated, (not violent) police said they had to alert Ss but never heard a thing from them nor ever had any involvement with them so you can't say what everyone's situation is. Just because "best practice" dictates, that is often far from reality for over stretched services.
 
No it doesn’t matter anymore, he would have to be physically violent to Harlow herself, if Harlow was older she’d have her own say but she’s far too young

I agree they wouldn't stop contact, but they would more than likely make contact take place via a contact center?

My ex ended up having to go down that route for his kid, and trust me the amount of times her mum didn't show up for contact and kept her away from him are too many to count, each time we'd inform our solicitor who would threaten the mum with contempt of court but nothing ever happened
