I’m sorry you have been through this!! It’s disgusting that the court allows this to happen out of fear of something happening to the children!
I’ve never been through this before so I’m not clued up to any of this, so I don’t mean to offend anyone but I thought it would have been a case of the child being prevented from seeing the abusive parent!
So for talks sake if she got this restraining order does that mean she would still have to let him take Harlow?

A restraining order is granted on the back of a criminal case, so unless the police was prosecuting then she wouldn’t get a restraining order. She could go for a non molestation order which carries the same terms as a restraining order would but it is granted in the civil courts and Charlie would apply for this herself and doesn’t need any legal representation to do this. A third party such as Jane would have to be involved in pick ups/drop offs unless it was stated in the order that Brett could be present for that (however this is rare). So yes Charlie would still have to hand Harlow over x

- Charlie posted a story saying about how she gets a restraining order( because she still hasn't learned to Google since the mirrors ) because Brett said he would like a bat to cave her head in (which he then said was worded wrong or something on his 8 min live session)

- after picking Harlow up (the second her bf was gone) she is now going to do whatever to keep her daughter safe because harlow can climb out her cot n Brett was at his now ex gfs house Friday as that's nanny janes night anyway.

- bretts mum posted a pic of harlow Brett (which looks like the second he quickly ran home for the pickups as he was still dressed) and charlies fake friend "HuGgInGs" are just being mad disrespectful towards bretts mum making the situation a whole lot worse.

- Charlie fled insta the second brett said he was going live because....we think she panicked that he was about to expose a madness.

- jane also said on her comments that they have cctv evidence of Charlie threatening brett.....

Unpopular opinion but I actually think way too much has been made of Brett's 'threatening' message. It was a vile thing to say and he was stupid as duck to send it but I didn't think it read like he was actually going to turn up on her doorstep with a bat. Charlie knows how to push his buttons, he finally bit and she shared it. She seemed pretty happy with the interest it got too so I reckon she'd have shared more if she had any (or any without making herself look a dick too).
