Yes Iv being through it all, he could record himself beating her to pulp and he’ll still get his access in court.

I’m a child that experience at home with my mum and her partner. My mum was always working on egg shells knowing if she did certain stuff it’ll be a hiding that night for her. I know everyone says you have your good days and bad days, everyone comes differently but all I’m saying is if she was that scared she wouldn’t be putting those posts up knowing he’ll be coming round to get H or dropping her off. She’ll be seen as provoking him knowing that’s what he’s gonna do

This is definitely not common practice, and again, they'd have to have reason to believe he's a threat to his child.

Slightly different for you because you witnessed it all and times have changed. Courts are all for both parents having access now it’s extremely hard to cut one parent off completely through the courts now a days.

How long ago was that? Because a talking 10-20 years ago, courts did stop access but on not anymore. Judges are very much for child contact as long as there isn’t significant risk (ie physical abuse or murder) to the child. I have seen this first hand multiple times.

This was 17 years ago now, so yes I understand things can and will change, but it is very much possible if he is violent to stop contact. My brother was 13 at the time and even he was stopped. So Harlow is at much more danger IF Brett is doing what Charlie says

You are mad because we sussed Charlie jetted off insta the second he said he was going live. Panicking of what he is gonna expose. Dw im sure we will eventually find out.

No it doesn’t matter anymore, he would have to be physically violent to Harlow herself, if Harlow was older she’d have her own say but she’s far too young
