It wouldn’t surprise me if it was Huggins responding to the messages for Charlie if Huggins was with her. Oliver seemed over the tit show that went on and looked bored/uncomfortable with the conversation on the live last night between Charlie and Huggins. Huggins has a bad influence on Charlie which is clear to see and she has no issue flaunting their dirty laundry over SM
 
Charlie just posts for tattle at this point, once there's a screen shot up she deletes.

Her 'gay' mate Huggins going in on Jane it out of order. Jane shouldn't have defended Brett with the taken out of context stuff but it's not right that Charlie's pal and a load of idiots are jumping on her in comments. Brett said on live that he's let himself down. I agree and I hope he realises what is acceptable, but I doubt it. He will prob just be annoyed he got caught.

Anyway , I'm bored of them now. Tea overload the last few days, needing a detox 😂 good job Charlie's deactivated for a while

THIS THIS THIS!!! I’m finding it really difficult reading some of these comments basically insinuating that he mustn’t be abusive or Charlie is a tit parent for sending her daughter to Brett if he was abusive! No court in the land would prevent contact because of DV unless there was significant harm to the child! Charlie has done nothing wrong by letting Harlow go to bretts

And that is what frustrates me sooo much with these girls throwing around ‘domestic violence’ ‘abuse’ the girls and boys that act like that are the reason that people who actually fear for their life are not heard.

but surely if all this was reported to the police (I.e previous girlfriends of Bretts) and when Charlie became preggers to Brett that’s a red flag to the social? Also if Charlie reported or had evidence of this abuse then it would also go in her favour?

Yes!! I thought the same. I bet she’s said she’ll love to smash bretts face in or something. I’ve said it to my boyfriend plenty of times😂😂

Midwives wouldn’t have access to police databases and would only be able to flag something to SS upon a disclosure.

it would go in Charlie’s favour in terms of the contact potentially having to be supervised but even then that’s rare and only if the perpetrator is deemed a risk to the child. Family courts are very much FOR child contact for fathers now
 
Echoing what's been said... The courts won't stop contact unless the child was the victim of the abuse, and if you have the courts involved, it's a criminal offence to run away with your kid or otherwise making it difficult/impossible for them to have contact with the child. Emotional/mental abuse including threats of violence towards a kid's mum basically means nothing to the courts as far as the child's safety goes.

This isn’t true. I grew up watching parents DV relationship. Not once did any harm come to any of us, but the courts stopped all contact with him because every time my mum reported it to the police. So if Brett is like that Charlie needs to start reporting it for Harlows sake.
