The saddest thing is when you think in a few years, Harlow is going to understand all this. If she’s referring to her after a few weeks as “ours” with her new bloke, imagine what she will be filling that poor little lassies head with. She won’t know if she’s coming or going.

Charlie really is fulfilling the horrible stereotype of a teen Mum as she’s so immature and acting like a big kid. It’s scary she’s in charge of another humans emotional well being when her priorities are all so skewed.
 
What a spiteful little witch she is!! How disgusting of her to say ‘our Harlow’ you’ve been with him a month you muppet!

my son has no contact with his biological dad and hasn’t for a few years. He doesn’t know where we are due to safeguarding issues and advice from various professionals. My son calls my husband daddy but we do speak about his bio dad a lot so he know the truth. Could never do this if the other parent was even slightly hands on, nevermind as hands on as Brett is! That little girl is going to suffer from emotional abuse at the hands of that spiteful cow. Intervention is needed

Exactly on MTV she was the mentally abusive one she would smile whenever she made brett cry
 
I don’t know if Charlie is in a bad place right now or what. She always came across as a doting mother. Even when her and brett split up the first time it wasn’t this bad. Is she a product of her upbringing? She could be silent on sm and no one would know a thing yet she is intent on showing her fella off and how much she is with him over Harlow. Bloody sad to see. What would she do if Brett weren’t there? Selfish.
ETA- i thought she was awful on the show but it was meant to be pre/post natal depression. I know this makes you act out but no excuse for being a douche a year down the line

The thing with Charlie is, if she was a complete different woman now to when Harlow was newborn then yes I would accept her nastiness was postnatal depression. Don’t forget it affects every woman differently, some women hurt and even kill their children! So, I can 1000% believe and justify the way she spoke to Brett with her illness then.. IF.. that’s the big word, IF it was only then. It isn’t, she’s still just as angry and bitter now. That’s Charlie, not postnatal depression like she blames.

She was an arse before Harlow was born tho. She was struggling, but the scene where she moaned about Jane doing salmon at the baby shower sticks with me. I wouldn’t dare complain about anything my very lovely, kind and generous MIL does, to my husband never mind on National tv
