I'm a lash tech. Close face contacts are not allowed in some areas. Were I am its fine. But England and near areas are not allowed. So whoever is lashing charlie can get into serious trouble such as a fine , loss of license and jail time should someone report it

And can consent to having it done! My mum had mine done in the 80s when I was 6 months old because it was fashionable. No, I don't remember it. However, I personally don't agree with it. 100% agree with the whole looking after them issue. I also want it to be a memory me and my daughter both share.

I thought it was a nationwide ban on all facial treatments. How can they say you can in some places but not others? Surely people can just travel to a place where it’s allowed?

I was sure it was nationwide too....
 
It’s definetly nationwide. I know of some aesthetics companies (such as Flawless) are still doing lips because they’ve “managed to find a loophole” where they’re classed as medical practioners so they can perform aesthetics. Not sure how or why, it’s all the same, fillers aren’t usually medical, they’re aesthetic. Don’t agree with them being “allowed” at all. Not a clue lash or brow wise though.

Some places Ireland some areas of Scotland etc are allowed following strict protocols however it has been advised to not do it.
