The podcast I screenshot just said she was in hospital after the birth of a child so many have done the sums as the show was on in 2022.
She might not want to announce anything but bear in mind she does a rather public podcast that says most things.

Speaking of absent fathers. Remember when Kail flew out to stay with her real dad? I'm sure she was pregnant with Isaac at the time and he was just a plain weird guy who had meat locked in his fridge? I'm sure she cried for Joe's mum to book her a flight back home ASAP!
