Anyone seen Ellie’s post about the social coming out? She says they told her she’s “the best mum”. And apparently they said if they get any more calls about her it will automatically be case closed.
I’m sorry but they definitely didn’t say that. How dangerous would it be for a social worker to say that? They legally have to investigate reports. Imagine if they said that to someone who was really good at hiding their abuse - what a dangerous narrative.

I know a big creator from Kent who has had genuinely wild reports made (one was that she tried to sell her child in wayfair😭) and social have to investigate every report even if they are well aware it’s ridiculous because that’s law. There is no way a social worker has gone “this looks bad on paper but you’re the best mum in England” I don’t get why she brings it online. It’s quite clear she needs early help involved because she hasn’t got a clue what she’s doing and uses her childhood as an excuse to do as she pleases.
I have had to contact social services about a family before and even though they came out and said they don’t think she’s neglectful they are still involved due to having video evidence of certain behaviour.
 
Social workers have to remain impartial so I can tell you now she definitely didn’t say she’s the best mum 😂 when I worked in social care we were literally told NOT TO say that. We could say things like “well done, we can see you’re trying” “you’re making great progress” “look at the difference in your child now that xyz has changed, they seem happier” but not once were we allowed to compliment like that let alone say they’re the best parent 😂

also they legally have a duty of care, even if they got 100 false allegations every single report would have to be investigated. They’re physically not allowed to just close a case without investigation because they could be sued if god forbid they ignore a case and then something awful happens to the child
