Exactly! I’ve just gone through the comments and the amount of young mothers defending her is scary! With the famous line “it’s her kid she can do what she wants”.

Might be her kid but doesn’t mean she can abuse him are these people dumb. There’s laws and safeguarding guidelines in place in order to PROTECT children from things like this. Whether your child or not, abuse is not ok and that’s why children in these circumstances are removed from parents. She was took from her mum so you’d think she’d know that

Just to say; every referral for support/SS referral will all for full details so they access further information. It's really difficult otherwise.
The other way around it is to do a referral to NSPCC and they do the leg work and refer to the appropriate local authority

Police gave a duty of care for welfare checks so would have to investigate. They can then refer to SS for involvement if needed

Even though it traumatised the both of us, I’m glad it happened in a way to clear my name and highlight the abuse I get from him to the courts. I think this would be most appropriate for Ellie though as we have evidence and barely any of her details

I’m so sorry you had to go through that but like you said. Another evidence for court for proof you’re an amazing mother, the fact it’s from professionals too will stand out. Wish you all the best with your court case

yes definitely think 101 would be the best route for Ellie as SS will want details and nspcc will do their best but don’t have legal authority to carry out welfare checks like police do

I’ve just watched all Ellie’s recent TikTok’s about this incident and she’s absolutely vile. She is thick as shit, can’t string a coherent sentence together without effing and jeffing even around the child.

I also don’t understand her defence of “there’s others being seriously abused back off from me”. Just because others are being abused, doesn’t mean SS shouldn’t investigate her if reports have been made. If SS ignored reports because “there’s others out there” then there could be serious consequences.

I also don’t like how she talks to Tommy about these incidents, he’s a little boy, he shouldn’t be being used to defend his mum. She shouldn’t have done it in the first place. She’s absolutely vile. I can imagine her sitting there swearing at SS staff and being all cocky. If there’s one person who doesn’t deserve a platform it’s her and I’m glad to see lots of comments on her TikTok calling her out too
