This is what I said yesterday. He didn’t pick it up and like play with it/pretend. He fully knew what he was doing and knew he had to suck to inhale it. If I have that to my nephew or niece who are similar ages they’d have no idea what to do with it

Exactly like my nieces/nephews, they’d probably look at one and throw it on the floor because they wouldn’t have a clue what to do, I’m in actual shock, he’s 3 years old

just goes to show how vaping rubs off on young impressionable toddlers!! the amount of people I see vaping and wafting out huge puffs of smoke whilst walking with babies/toddlers is actually horrid.
