although idk why people think just because they can get a mortgage it’s a good idea to, I could get one and can’t lie im happy renting for now and I’m sure Jordan would’ve been instead of the pressure from her
Renting suits some people better. No ties to one area, no long term ties to the person you are living with (sometimes house sharing with friends) and no worries about having to fix things when they go wrong. Buying a house is a massive commitment, I can get why some people prefer to rent.
