I was expecting that Beth to have been out of line the way people have talked about it on here but watching it I don’t see what was bad? 😭 She threatened the naughty step? She was having authority in her own home and they’re her nephews. Hudson was screaming ‘I hate you’ (wow!) and hitting the other children. Like wtf. All whilst Amber said duck all. You find some parents with zero discipline and authority let others do it for them and really don’t get offended by it. I don’t think Amber gave a tit. If they were my nephews I wouldn’t be allowing that behaviour either in my house!

I’m also surprised the council didn’t put Amber straight in temp accommodation. They wouldn’t make her go into a hostel with 2 children. At worst it would’ve been a hotel or b&b for a night before being put in temp accommodation. I hope she at least gets a decent council place or new rental from all this happening.

This is how I saw it too. Said it earlier but it really looks like she’s used to having to discipline the boys for Amber. It didn’t look like a woman that’s never told them off

The ‘renovating’ line. duck off 😂 she said she has no sofas? Well even better stick your bed up in the living room then if you want.. wouldn’t leave my daughter and grandsons homeless! I would let them have my room if it came to it. She’s an asshole 😂
 
That episode gave me terrible anxiety. Manley shouting at Mia - that man is a waste of skin. And all the stuff with Amber. Firstly, her mum is a narcissist and Ste is a Disney dad who doesn’t step in for his children when they need him. Who does he think he is? Acting like being a dad is optional for him. Then trying to pull off I’m a perfect dad act. Amber seems to disassociate and I’m not surprised. Probably a coping mechanism from childhood when you have a mum who doesn’t really care about you.

Beth is the children’s aunt so she’s family as much as a friend.

The more I watch Brooklyn now the more I don’t think he has adhd/autism I honestly think he has just not had any decent parenting/structure/routine. He showed the signs of it when he was little but it was mainly behavioural even the man who diagnosed him didn’t seem 100% sure. now as he’s getting older he seems to have more savvy than ste and amber put together and it alot better behaved. My son was diagnosed with ADHD at 7 and he’s 12 now and he was misdiagnosed he actually had dyslexia which cause him to behave erratically because he never understood a lot but the school kept saying he was disruptive ignorant bad I went to the doctor and they just said adhd like it was a common cold because they couldn’t find any other route of the problem my son was on meds for 3 years that he didn’t need. I think amber really needs to learn how to parent and stop blaming everything but herself. Her youngest son is terribly behaved she just sits back and says oh ADHD it’s actually a shame for the parents of these kids to instantly be branded as bad behaved because a minority can’t parent it’s horrible to watch. Brooklyn looks like he’d thrive if he has proper care
 
I was so angry watching Amber just leave Beth to parent for her whilst her kids are getting hit etc, it’s a good job she stepped in and actually give him abit of discipline for once. I always say to any of my friends or family if I’m at their home (not that I wouldn’t tell my kids off myself) that if they do something out of line and I’m not around I’d expect them to tell them off, it’s needed or kids walk all over you exactly like the kids do with Amber. They have no routine, no discipline, a weekend dad and a mum who can’t be assed with them, poor kids 😢
