There’s parts of Southampton which aren’t that expensive she could get a small house for like 150k or a flat for 120k there so it isn’t that unrealistic. They may even have shared ownership type things in her area or help to buy properties. Not sure how much she makes mind but Chloe doesn’t work and has just got another new mortgage in principle. Mia may be buying with this new man too ffs. I think it’s a nice thing she’s gone and moved in with her dad though, bless him.

I suppose it’s like any ‘celeb’ though or tv personality who is classed as self employed. Plenty of people who’ve been on reality tv have bought houses so it can’t be that hard. Suppose it would go based on the regular self employed rules.

I suppose it’s like any ‘celeb’ though or tv personality who is classed as self employed. Plenty of people who’ve been on reality tv have bought houses so it can’t be that hard. Suppose it would go based on the regular self employed rules.

I just remember George Sampson from bgt bought a house a couple years ago to do it up and sell and he said on a twitch live stream it was a pain in the backside getting one being an actor and he was quite active at the time and he said because it’s different year on year they’re iffy giving actors one it’s the same with his car insurance too

Has Chloe said how much her new Mortgage in Principle is? Yeah I agree there’s a possibility Mia could get a flat but probably not a proper house in a nice area of Southampton. It’s pretty expensive like most cities down south.

She didn’t say but I’m guessing she will be showing off her new house straight away if it’s bigger and someone will find out how much they payed 😂. I found it crazy when she was showing those new builds which were 300k on the show and begging Jordan to buy one because surely they wouldn’t of got a mortgage for that back then, Jordan literally has a factory job it can’t be that good of a wage and she was working part time and it was before all her ‘influencing’.

Yes that will definitely happen! 🤣 I know it was mad there is surely no way that would have been achievable, it was like Charlie wanting the house that was like 400k or something? Will be interesting to see what happens but there’s defo a lot of ego with this stuff ‘look how big my house is’ haha.

A mortgage in principle is only a guideline so I hope she's not going off the top end of what her mortgage in principle is saying. Once the application goes through formally they can offer much, much less than the MIP first indicated. I'd hate to see Chloe not get the house she wanted ;)

Snap...was also a teen mum and apart from her struggles with her relationship with Jordan I can't relate to anything she done or still does as a mum

She is one of these people that use an engagement as a fashion statement, for the ring, the pics, the attention. It’s not about the marriage at all…let’s be honest does she reaally want to be married Jordan? Doubt it. It’s all for clout
