I think this is an old picture. The cry face emoji like it’s an old nostalgic picture and the fact he looks way younger than 3.
Just for those saying they’ve left Reeane to go to whichever hole Dylan is living in now… this picture was taken when Carter was with both parents still.

maybe she put it on her private so we’d all be speculating
 
I think if Dylan did keep the kids from Ree she would play a game straight back at him. I don’t think she would like being stuck in her house with 3 children all day and night 7 days a week while he swans around with girl after girl. I imagine if they argued and he said he was keeping them she would say “Go on then! You’ll be begging for me to have them for the weekend in a month” knowing full well he would give her visits when he was fed up of them.
 
Where tf her big bump gone? 😂 I can’t stand when people blow their belly out for loads of pics when they’re like 10 mins pregnant 🤣
