Mitch is crazy but Molly isn't telling him straight that she isn't interested. She is LOVING the attention and giving him mixed signals. Why did she not just straight out tell him she wants Zach and to give it up?
Mitch is acting like this because he still thinks he has a shot. Molly is keeping him in pocket in case Zach jumps ship. She will sleep outside but won't tell him to do one?
I actually can't stand any of them, all 3 can go. At least is entertaining, despite being unhinged.

No she has told him repeatedly in this episode alone. He is just refusing to listen to her so she has actually had to sleep outside to make the point cause he will not listen to her.
