I don't think its shady for Whitney and others to "put doubts" in Mollys head that he's just picking the safe option when its literally the opinion of most people watching the show too lol, they see them 24/7 and probably have their reasons, likely based off how Zach was acting towards Kady when Molly was kicked out

She hasn’t chained him to her though. He could have gone back to Kady if he wanted. I think he fancied Kady but thought she was a lot of drama which he seems to hate. I think he liked her more than his other option Whitney but I don’t think he liked her that much.

I think Zach likes an easy life tbh every girl he's gone for has been into him first, Mollys been the most persuasive and essentially gave him an ultimatum in casa, I think he would've like to have seen if it could go anywhere with Kady when he got back but cudnt be bothered for the potential drama knowing it was touchy for Molly

I don't think Zach is very bright but even he must have worked out Molly was sent back in for a reason. And that reason was (bizarrely) public demand. So he has felt obligated to stick with her. I think he would have happily played the field more in her absence. And maybe we would have seen a more interesting fun side to him. Instead of just constantly pulling at his jaw with his gob hanging open.
