My itvx app on my tv keeps glitching and buffering!!

ITVX is the worst streaming app out there. It's an absolute joke. I find it's fine if I watch on my tablet but on The Firestick it never works. Just cut out at a bit I really wanted to watch. Ella & Tys cuddle in the bathroom.
