Ah yes, when Connor basically pleaded for all the bickering to stop. Sounds about right.

Maybe just me but I feel it's getting off to a slow start. My OH has fallen asleep watching both episodes and I filled him in on ep 2 and told him not to bother catching up.

Yeh it was the first episode for me which felt like a 'filler', most of it could have been covered last week.

Poor Gregory the Eggory - everyone (and their lawyer) seems to have an agenda.

One of my favourite bits of E2 was in the chat with Ewan, Greg seemed thrilled to be getting his own legal counsel and Ewan walking off saying "That'll do" - just like he did at the end of Babe (the pig movie).

AND Shiv's phone when Logan rang - she had Saddam Hussain as his profile pic!

Hope we get more Roman/Gerri hilarious grossness!

I’ve been feeling the same. So far it feels like not much is happening this season, they’re just sitting in rooms discussing the fall-out from Kendall’s bombshell. And I get that that is probably realistic in that major corporate upheaval probably is mostly a case of trying to pick the winning side while lawyers circle like sharks, but it doesn’t translate to compelling viewing.

Still enjoying it, but I’m hoping for a shift of gear in the next episode.

Urgh, Kendall is such a blue-sky-thinking, jargon-spouting annoyance at the moment. Found this week's episode to be my least favourite of the entire run. It somehow felt like it wasn't written by the usual team. It did pick up at the end, so next week's should be good. The use of Rape Me was genius though 😂

And someone please buy Shiv a hair slide so she doesn't keep flipping her hair behind her ear every 10 seconds!

Loved that they threw in a little Nirvana, that song was truly inspired 😂
I also would’ve stormed off the stage

I loved this week’s episode. Feels like they finally picked up the pace and things started happening, whereas they’d spent the previous two episodes just sitting in rooms talking about what they might do and which side they might align with.
Yeh I really enjoyed it, Kendall is unravelling! Connor seems to be getting the best lines this season, he's so underused as a character.
Excited for Alexander Skarsgard to come into it

The actor who plays Tom is so creepy and his American accent is really annoying it doesn’t sound right, Gregg is the only slightly likeable person in the entire show. Most of the men in this series seem to be absolute creeps.

I watch the show only to see what happens next, but I find it a bit smug and try hard at times. For me it’s not as witty as The Thick of it and not deep or human enough for you to care about any of the characters. It’s also annoying how the actor who plays Roman just mumbles his lines into his shoes and the actress who plays Shiv does the same mumbling. It feels like they’re just slowly dragging this storyline over several episodes, then end it on a cliffhanger again. 🙄

I saw Brian Cox on Jonathan Ross recently and thought this part has really gone to his head, his autobiography sounds pretentious, with him slagging off other actors like he’s better than them. 😏

Still love the dialogue, but I don't know where they're going with this season and I feel like the show is back to square 1. We've already had this storyline where Kendall is on his own, beaten down, and fighting everybody. I'm tired of Kendall.
