What is Craig wearing on DWTS Australia? Don’t bring this to Strictly!

I don't blame the pros for saying yes to their own show because it must be tempting if they're offered the chance to headline, but it sure is risky in the current climate. And if something gets cancelled last minute due to poor sales, I guess that's a lot of crew that miss out on pay too.

I had a quick look at ticket sales for some venues and from this very quick, unscientific study I gathered:

Decent/ok-ish sales : Gio, Anton, Gorka and Karen (and maybe Gio selling less that I would have thought? Gorka and Karen actually outselling him a bit in Glasgow)

Surprisingly not great: Dianne and Vito (I know it's early days but I checked a few venues and there doesn't seem to be a huge demand)

A runaway success and nearly sold out in a few places: The Legends of Strictly! (I mean, I guess that line up is irresistible to older Strictly fans? Gio could never)

There is a lot of love for Amy right now, so I reckon they might do ok
 
I think all of these tours are ridiculous and are highly unlikely to sell well. Pros like Johannes, Oti, Gio, Janette & Aljaz who are more established have always done well but i’m really not sure how a Carlos and Amy tour would sell? Two lovely people and brilliant dancers but not sure an entire tour is necessary. I think Layton and Nikita had the right idea, a couple of shows rather than an entire month long tour.
 
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the pros interacting with fans and reposting content made by them, but when their significant others start doing it then it’s definitely a bit weird. There needs to be a line where people stop.

I also think if Nikita wanted to be the next AJ we would have seen much more of him since CBB. Yes he wasn’t the most memorable contestant but he would definitely have had other TV offers available if he wanted them, instead he went missing and didn’t post again until pro tour started 😂 Hardly even done any press after it either, I don’t get AJ vibes in the slightest from him.
