Nikita will be coming out of CBB unscathed, despite them pushing the him v’s Fern feud. I imagine he will cut that off in his exit interview tonight and we can forget he ever did it.

I did click on the live stream last night and he was talking about the pro tour. Colson made some comment about Gio taking his place, Nikita just laughed!

A decent teacher would amend their teaching for someone on a 1-2-1 basis so that they get the best out of them. What I don’t understand if there is no evidence what so ever of Gio being unreasonable in the training footage, why don’t they release it. It makes me think if they haven’t released it there is something in the footage and they are concerned it could open a whole can of worms.

The biggest headache that Strictly might have is, if they partner Gio again with someone who he clashes with - then it could be as Craig would say a disaster darling. Not just for Gio but for Strictly. Guilty by association and all that.

The one problem that Gio has is how employable is he once he finishes strictly - ideal for reality circuit, beyond that who knows.

Problem of the BBC's own making really - by forcing the "happy family" crap and not being somewhat transparent with rehearsal packages, we're left with the public having a completely different perception of Gio than the reality. And now they're trying to bury their heads in the sand rather than being honest about the Amanda situation, if they had nothing to hide, why wouldn't they hand over the rehearsal tapes?
 
I wonder whether Ranvir now looks back on her experience - when she said he made her cry etc, but then it was fine - with a different lens? Sometimes it's only when other people raise the same issue that we realise our own experience wasn't good. But she's not going to complain so it's all on Amanda and whether there's any evidence or a smoking gun.
 
I found Michelle Visage’s take the most truthful and Strictly should be first and foremost a light entertainment Saturday night show and the pros first job should be make enjoyable and therefore Gio not adapting his teaching style is a big issue.

That Lakita fic I started will join my massive pile of WIPs I'll never finish because I lost interest. For once my being a slow writer pays off and I won't have to live with the shame of having an RPF fic on my account.

Nikita's been just ick enough on CBB to cure me of shipping, but not ick enough to ruin their dances for me. Perfect result. Hallelujah.

And having a mardy face every time Vito appeared, then unfollowing him!

The FB groups are awful - not just the Gio ones. Women are the worst for automatically believing a man they fancy over several women!

I think they will give Gio a super focussed hard working ringer so there won’t be any complaints this year and he will then choose to make it his final year and go out as a winner/finalist.

Unfortunately even if he is paired with someone like Theresa May I can see all his fans voting for him regardless.
 
I also think Zoe Ball is a good judge of character and the fact that she hasn’t had Gio back on her radio show since whatever happened with Ritchie says a bit. Radio 2 breakfast is surely a target audience for promoting his and Antons travel show especially with her and Ritchie’s link to Strictly.

Pro-tour rehearsals im guessing will start soon.

He had been on to promote his tour and his and Anton tour in the past. Adventure with Anton and Gio - radio 2 breakfast audience if I were trying to promote it would be a target audience. It’s odd they haven’t been on to promote.

Radio 2 breakfast show and the one show are normally key promoting anything linked to Strictly.

Yeah Ellie was just on it to promote Cluedo. I think the fact Zoe unfollowed Gio tells its own story, as she is still very into Strictly. They were quite pally as she presented ITT when he was on it with Ranvir and she was always bigging him up.

It was Janette for the Rose year.
I’m still annoyed at him for not giving Richie , an absolute Strictly superfan, a good experience.

But he was just too excited to be there and enthusiastic … what was Gio to do [/sarcasm off]

It still slightly ticks me off that when Motsi was announced as a judge there was reams written about how could she be expected to mark her sister fairly because Wimmins and emotions … when Anton and Gio can do travelogues and tours and all that’s said is - best friends, awww.

Michelle has been very supportive of Amanda. Always leaving her nice comments.

Amanda was hard working and from the level of her dancing on the show classed as a ringer, even though she never got labelled as such.
 
Is it CBB final tonight? Nikita should come out fairly unscathed with no rep damage, which is a good thing.

Just watching the Dianne’s Vlog and it is kind of her and Joe to have Ellie stay with them, whilst she was doing the play in Brighton. Good to see Vito back with the longer hair. It’s a shame Dianne is glitter ball obsessed as she is kind. Having looked at comments section on the daily mail of an oldish Ellie article - there will be Elitos thinking this another hint that E&V are together and Bobs is just mere distraction so E&V can keep their relationship private and Bobs can raise his profile.

Yeah, they were weirdly secretive though in the vlog - Dianne mentioned Ellie was there but didn't show her, and she didn't join them. Neither E nor V reposted Dianne's pic of them together, not even on stories. I guess Ellie is paranoid about people giving her tit. I also wonder if Brazier-heads are being mean as it is a classic thing of girls wanting him to be single and attacking his gf (I know, I know, who is obsessed with Booby, but lots are!!)
