I’d actually mix them up so they weren’t with their ‘usual ’ dance partners

Would be interesting to see a 'draft' like they do in American sports, although they wouldn't as whoever was picked last would probably throw a paddy. One of the pro challenges years ago had them all paired up, and bless the poor girl that got Anton

Katya still gets a lot of stick from some viewers but I think it speaks volumes that she’s still close with almost all of her partners. She is always publicly supporting them and hanging out with them, minus Seann obviously. She clearly makes the effort to give them an enjoyable strictly experience and it shows, some other pros should take note.

I adore Katya, she puts her heart and soul into what she does. And omg she is stunning as well.

It was Iveta Lukosiute! She wasn't seen again after that series...

Man they are wilding out on DS about Gio. Someone has just asserted they couldn't possibly be being sexist about Amanda as their great-aunts were suffragettes! Madness

Absolutely. I’m sure Amanda is a bleeping twit, never liked the woman. However that doesn’t mean that Gio isn’t a prick that treated her like crap.

Saw on FB someone was at Johannes’ show last night and he said he’s back this year but in a different capacity? Apparently he couldn’t say more. Choreographing? Presenting? Wonder if he’s on his way out and this is his swan song…

Depends on how many male pros they need. Past two years they’ve had 7 female and 8 male. We’re due 8 female celebs and 7 male celebs but likely to have at least one same sex couple. If it means Neil could be getting a partner we need a new male pro!

He's also about to turn 37. He's maybe finding the toll of dancing too much, along with all the new opportunities he has, like the film. Neil keeps going (but doesn't have a partner) and the other male pros are late 20s/early 30s and late 50s (Kai).

Looks like the pro tour rehearsals have started.

More Lakita workshops coming too in line with pro tour weekend locations starting in Plymouth on 4th May. I don’t want to dance with them, I want to watch them dance!

If Johannes doesn't get a partner because he's too busy, PLEASE make it a year for 8 female pros and promote Nadiya/Michelle or bring in someone new (male or female).

Yes! 8 female celebs and 7 male celebs. Have one same sex female partnership so 7 male pros and 8 female pros. Please let Luba dance with a female celeb

I think a new male pro might be introduced to ease in for when Johannes and Gio leave - surely this will be both their last year on Strictly.
Gio might see Vito as a threat/competition, but I think Nikita could quite easily take Gio’s audience etc. In fact I think Nikita will eventually appeal to a wider audience than Gio.
