Not sure how much of this I believe (the 'we can only get rid of one or people on the internet will get mad' made me 🥴), but some tea was posted on the Strictly reddit. Would Michelle be doing pro tour if she was a nightmare? 🤔

I suppose it could be true. She did basically disappear halfway through the series. And she’s always got a face like a bulldog licking piss off a thistle.
 
Ooh, interesting! I guess they had maybe already offered her the pro tour? She doesn't seem very integrated with the other pros, definitely.

Wasn’t it the first half of the series she was mainly absent for, she was back towards the end so not sure I believe this. She definitely doesn’t seem as close to the other pros though

From what I can remember, she did the prerecorded pro dances, and then wasn't live in the studio until November. So that doesn't match with what they're saying.

I thought perhaps she was on a different contract to the other pros, so they were saving money by not having her there every week.
 
It also mentions that Cameron wanted to go which is interesting.

Surely the show knew when hiring him though that he was too short to be given many partners?
 
Went back and found the tea spilled on here from the launch show about her BF behaving badly in the audience...might this have been part of it?

Also in the audience was this guy, he strutted in wearing flip up sunglasses a white vest top layered with gold chains and a jacket on top and propped on his head was a wide brimmed hat. He wasn't a family member but all the younger pros seemed to know him as they exchanged words with him. What a total cock. He thought he was some sort of superstar, he sat in the seat and spread himself out so much so that the poor woman who was sat next to him couldn't sit down. In the end she got so pissed off she practically sat on his lap, he soon moved then.The people behind him couldn't see because he refused to remove his hat. The only good thing was as soon as the warm up guy saw him he got the piss ripped right out of him for pretty much the entire evening. I'm desperate to find put who he is.

I remember this. He does give off that kind of air.
Possibly she came back to the live shows as they were running out of pre recorded dances, and needed her for the pro numbers? Just a thought.

Cameron seemed like a push hire from Oti and Motsi; they used to interact with him on SM before he was hired and they were very excited when he was announced as a new pro. He might have just been a hire to have as a spare but TPTB knew he would probably never have a partner.

It’s weird to hire someone with the expectation that they likely never get a partner, but that year won’t have had the usual auditions so it’s possible they took recommendations from existing cast members, Motsi probably helped Nikita get in as well.
