In Neil’s defence (I cannot believe I said that) he is nowhere near as desperate as Dianne. He seems quite content to be in the background pissing about. I assume he knows he’s lucky to be 40 and still making a living as a dancer.

I never thought Neil would be outranked in the redheaded twit stakes but I agree, he is not as insufferable as Dianne and at least he isn't forced down our throats every season (steady on Stephen)

Did Annabel ask for Johannes? I have to believe that's the only reason they gave her to him considering what had happened within his family.

I know that the producers have to look after the celebs but I believe they have a duty of care towards the pros as well.

Yes she did. He was her husband's favourite I think. I agree that this is all presented as positive in the end as he connected so much with Annabel, but he was on the point of refusing a partner because the show wanted to push him into this partnership.
