I swear I've seen her get her heel caught in that dress at least 5 or 6 other times, I don't understand why they wouldn't just hem it a bit. Someone in wardrobe finds her as insufferable as we do and is angling to take her out?
Layton and Nikita, when you mess up please could you do it in a less adorable way for the sake of the feeble sanity of @diamondthunder and I. Thank you

Sorry for the long incoming post but the
Manchester show was just amazing last night and easily one if not the best I’ve seen.
- I don’t think Krishnan has clicked with Jowita like he did with Lauren. I don’t know whether it’s the repetitiveness of it all or if he is tired or something but at certain points he looked liked he would rather be anywhere but there. Still fun to watch though.
- Angela R legs are just a phenomenon & her and Kai are just a lovely couple. Aside from her illness she is absolutely loving this experience and Kai seems so gentlemanly towards her.
- I have a new girl crush on Karen she is absolutely stunning. I’ve always kind of overlooked her on the show but my god IRL she is stunning. Wouldn’t be surprised if she announced she was leaving though. I have a new found respect for Kev managing to bag Karen lol
- never been Bobby’s biggest fan and that hasn’t changed. He is very gangly and at some points awkward looking. He looked like he was pissed up doing the samba and dry humping Dianne at one point. There wasn’t much audience support for him either. Was evident at the end of his first dance he wasn’t winning.
- the boys what can I say. Absolutely amazing and made the night. Layton is quite the showman and at points it almost looked like Nikita was the celeb and Layton the pro. The chemistry between them as well is something else - almost like there is some unfinished business. Never thought it on the show but IMO these 2 are probably the best strictly couple that has been.
- Ellie and Vito I was really looking forward to seeing them and whilst they didn’t disappoint and were brilliant Ellie just isn’t Layton and was lacking that show performance (if that makes sense). They both know how to work a crowd though and Vito was just gorgeous. Im still 50/50 about the relationship though. They clearly have chemistry and are so comfortable with one another and there are moments you look at them and think there’s nothing more than friendship there other times there is something that you just can’t put your finger on. When they are calling their names at the end they both have their arms all over each other and I think he kissed her a few times. There were a few lingering looks as well and if they let go of one another to clap etc it’s almost like a mad scramble to hold one another again asap. There was a lot of arm caressing as well and I think his hand attracted around her hip and bum a few times as well. It’s all a bit strange. When waiting for the results as well they were very close together and she looked like she was having a good bum wiggle in the groin region!!
i totally believe the friends for life statement they put out but then on the flip side if it came to light that something was or did happen that wouldn’t surprise me either as like I’ve said there is something you just can’t put your finger on!
judging by all the fun that was had during the group dances I’d definitely say they have all built a lovely bond and there is probably a lot that goes on that isn’t privy to social media!!
On a side note Shirley is a bit grim - she was loving life dancing and swinging her skirt around and thank god for big knickers under the skirt otherwise gash would of clearly been on display. She is also desperate for Vito - the way she clung on to him was a bit desperate granny

I saw someone on the secret celeb thread say that security had to remove someone for heckling Layton. Think it was the same show? Absolute bell end thing to do. So pleased to see the love they receive in person for the 99.99% of the audience.

Hey I was there last night, it was amazing! First time on a strictly live show and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Just wish it wasn't a Sunday night show cos I'm shattered! Agree completely with your analysis just to add I thought Janette was a fabulous host, not quite warmed to her on it takes 2 but great work on the live show.
We were sat right by Ellie's family, they were in great spirits and very friendly

I didn’t see anyone removed but not to say it didn’t happen. considering it was a 6.30 show on a Sunday there were quite a few pissed up people tbf and a bit of mild heckling. I didn’t hear anything derogatory

They did say he was fairly pissed. Why on earth would you go to all that expense of ticket, travel, drink! just to be abusive and chucked out?! I would’ve had his ticket quite happily!

I thought the same about Ellie and Vito much more contact and touching between the two of them compared to all the other couples in Nottingham too.

Don’t get me wrong I love a good night out and a drink but I can never understand anyone getting so hammered you don’t remember anything or get removed!
i had a little loo break and there was a girl in there who had clearly had far too much to drink and was covered in sick. She wasn’t allowed back to her seat so her mates had told her to sit and wait for them in the loos until the end of the show

It’s a bit weird isn’t it - not an outright act of affection that makes you think yes they are together but everything just seems a bit heightened towards them.
Like I say they are clearly extremely close friends no matter what

Much like the smash hit TV series - which is also hosted by Strictly's Claudia Winkleman - have been secretly chosen and have been bumping off unsuspected faithfuls between shows.
They are but I think both Bobs and Ellie’s agents/PR team are loving this. You can easily put a stop it by a ‘source’ saying they are just friends or things have fizzled out.God they are desperate for any Elbob content: they were both faithfuls!

I did think Krishnan had such a lovely bond with Lauren that it would have been hard for him to switch. Jowita is lovely, but more bland personality-wise. I can imagine Lauren and Krishnan had some great old chats about journalism etc.

TBF after last night I’m still not 100% certain there hasn’t, isn’t or won’t be an Ellie and Vito.
So hard to explain but it just looked like whenever they could they had to have some form of physical contact and as I’ve said before I’m 99.9% certain he kissed her a few times as well
For me if there was an E&V situation with the non shutting down of the Elsbobs rumours, I think I would be put off E&V. It all feels a little press grabbing, trying too hard to stay relevant.
Edit - to add I did take a look at Ellie’s PR team - a fair few love islanders etc on the books. I’m not a fan of that style of PR.

By the looks of it her PR choose not to shut down or comment on any rumours relating to her love life. They didn’t with Vito, they haven’t with Bobby and they could of prepared a short statement when the ex got his 5 mins of fame but they decided not to. Would appear there strategy is no publicity is bad publicity and everything will blow over until proven otherwise!
people sitting near us last night certainly weren’t Bobby fans and did think it’s all PR driven to keep interest

You know the Vito/Italian pro rule: bleeping on the dancefloor = nothing going on!
The only exception being after the S*n fauxmance story her team went to the Mirror and said she and Vito did have something going on..
Anyway, the Bobby stuff is probably good for her reality show stuff, but I hope that's not the road her team want her going down ultimately.
