I genuinely think being a random nice bloke off an advert screams big names have dropped out so they're pulling in the reserves.

Last time I saw Toyah on TV she had been possessed by a demon that she said had entered her body as she was living with a poltergeist she seemed quite unwell mentally was doing his voice and everything .
 
Toyah would kick somebody in the nuts if they attempted to push her around.

She went off on her journey of face lifts because Jonathan Ross was scathing about old she looked in I am a Celeb. Said she looked so awful she shouldn’t be on tv. That was a while ago, but he is quite the misogynist is our Jonathan. Tells people to #BeKind to his daughter who presents herself nude on her socials but doesn’t care about how other females are treated.

Exactly.
There's always some that I have never heard of but I don't care.
(I didn't know who Jayde Adams was, for example. Anyway that's a discussion for another day 😁).

All of the radio presenters for example, over the last few years - apart from Fleur who I knew and liked in X Factor - I had never heard of any of them. Had no idea who Zara was either.

I want to see a bit of sparkle on my tv, on a Saturday night and have the chats here. Someone you knew of, beforehand, might turn out to be a dose, or really lovely. Someone you never heard of could turn out to be your favourite.

Bring it on. 💃🕺

I don't think that we're expected to know all the contestants as they're trying to appeal to a wide range of the public so I'll know exactly who a few are, be vaguely aware of some others and have zero idea with the remainder. Another person who is younger or into different stuff might think the most famous ones are the ones I've not heard of etc etc. I mean, I simply don't care about influencers so they're never going to be on my radar but lots of people follow them (which sounds like stalking when I write it down!)

Didn't that Dave Fishwick drop out? Gio Compareo seems like a find-and-replace for him. He seemed nice and funny in the chat with Vernon.

Anything is better than the bleeping endless debate on DS about whether Hannah Waddingham is doing it (spoiler alert - she isn't)
