I see it the other way. If viewing figures drop because two abusive pros have been removed it might seem that people are supporting the abusers. Hence the Giovanni supporters saying they won't be tuning in.

Just my take on the situation, people need to do what feels right for them.

Yep, Dev ended up comforting her 🤫. It’s time Dianne had a right old duffer, let her make us see that she is not one dimensional. Nancy did well with Les Dennis last year and Les said he enjoyed his time on the show. About time you paid your passage Dianne.

TBF she's had the Rev and Robert, so 2 out of 7. But yeah, I think she should get a comedy contestant this year (but not Chris, just a good-natured duffer).

I saw someone saying Karen should get Chris as she's so experienced. Though that would mean she'd probably have to start her choreo at 10pm Sunday night, rather than 9am Monday so it's a big ask.
 
Robert wasn't a duffer, he had potential. I wouldn't be opposed to Dianne getting Chris, because then she'd have to cut out the floorography and all the other random tit she puts in. Imagine her legging it to the stairs like she did with Bobby, Chris would just be there like 🤷‍♀️

Thank you for this view, I hadn't thought of it that way actually. Might actually remove my guilt from watching it actually 😅
 
I'm tentatively excited about Chris McCausland. Though most of the time when I already like a celeb I end up not liking them after. I still wish I could delete Wayne Brady doing DWTS US from my mind. I loved him on Whose Line and then he was such an arrogant, smarmy dickwad who thought he was way better than he was.

I'll probably only watch the dances on youtube this year though anyway.
 
Ooh I’m glad that we have someone who wasn’t on the rumoured list. He is totally a ringer though and would be wasted on Dianne. As much as I think Dianne should be challenged I think Chris deserves better. Looking at the female pros the more creative supportive ones that always spring to mind are Katya, Jowita and Lauren.


When will they announce the next ones?
