i don’t think i do either. have gone right off him and i really really hope he doesn’t get to the final. being continually told that he’s a “nice boy” isn’t helping either. something a bit slimy and ick inducing about him.

also, not his fault, but already hate how much good feeling he seems to have because his mum would be so proud whereas a female celeb probably couldn’t mention the word “mum” without a crowd yelling sob story! i have never forgotten how cruel people were to alexandra burke for just completely genuinely saying “i wish my mum was here” after her jive.
 
RE Bobby; Did I find it funny or the best thing to do to get his bum out on insta? No; but it was his insta and not on the actual tv. I'm sure if Dianne was really offended she would have told him not to post that; I know she didn't repost it on her insta but she doesn't repost everything her partner posts either. While many people say they know many 20 year olds who wouldn't do that; I do too, but I do know some who would post it on their own social media as well; some people would find it funny some wouldn't.

All interviews with him have shown him to be nice pleasant guy who is by no means is arrogant; I think his speech at the NTA's showed that. Unless he does anything which shows to be unkind, cruel, arrogant, aggressive then I'll stick to what I've seen so far.

I mean as much as Will Mellor did the 'sob story' last year I didn't find him to be a horrible person. I mean Krishnan just posted with Piers Morgan and as much as the initial thought for me is 'ICK' seeing that doesn't mean I think ( well I hope he doesn't anyway!) share some of Piers' views.

I know everyone's not going to agree but taking things into consideration whats happened today (as well as having bad news for a friend of mine over the weekend) it does put things into perspective.

Impressed that Ellie has finally got Vito to put on his seat belt. She wasn't playing around either! Someone on DS said they thought Vito needed to be paired with someone older as they would be too childish together but I am liking her style.

LadyLav is going nuts trying to work out what dance Gio is doing. It seems to be ballroom, which is wrong as he normally does Latin first to get it out of the way..

did she really?! this makes me like her more - she’s coming across really well i think, i’m interested to see how they’ll do!

He was so appalled at her eating a ham and cheese croissant for breakfast with a cappuccino. Goes against all Italian rules.

She was really stern with him in her story so I am hopefully she's got a bit more about her than just goofy pranks.

According to DS , Annabel and Johannes are dancing the Cha Cha Cha to Uptown Girl by Billy Joel.

I don’t think that’s really a fair comment to be making tbh. Someone else having it worse than you doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to be disappointed about things in your own life, it’s not a competition. Instead of having a dig at another pro you could just post your support for Amy and leave it at that.

As someone who's been judged on their looks all their career, losing her hair must be incredibly hard and scary. Strictly should keep her involved where its possible and not too much for her. Personally they should have her on choreography corner instead of the bloody Clifton's. It would be a great way to ensure she feels involved every week but would only be 10 minutes a week and even zoom her in if the travel is too much.

I agree about keeping her involved and i’m pretty sure Amy has said that she will be as involved as she possibly can. It really all just depends on her treatment and how well she is, if she’s up to it I can definitely see her appearing on ITT and attending some of the live shows. Not sure if January would be too early but would be brilliant to see her do the tour if all goes well.
 
Whoever is running the social media and website need the sack, I'm sorry but I feel like some people in power at the show are showing a lack of interest this year, first with the celeb reveals taking ages to start and now them not revealing the dances or updating the website.

The Twitter account is also no longer used. I know M*sk is crazy with the site, but several people still use it...

They used to spoil us with the dance reveals and First Steps videos so I'm confused at the overall apathy from the team now.

I think it would be unfair to have any obligation on her, especially one as physical as choreography corner. I definitely agree it would be nice to keep her involved - a good shout would be segments she can do from home until she's well enough to come in.

i would love for them to do a len’s lense style thing with her (amy’s observations or something) - very light and she could do it from home, but just a monday ITT feature where she could point out little things that have been missed.

it all depends on how well she feels of course, but i imagine everyone (especially the other pros) want her to still feel part of the experience. my heart goes out to her because she’s spoken about how scared she was of losing her hair and wearing the ice cap etc to try and avoid it. i’m both glad and heartbroken to see her taking control of the situation in that way.

I can honestly say, when I was having Chemo (on a 3 weekly cycle) I had about 10 days when even thinking was out of the question. I certainly couldn’t travel and even more certainly be coherent on the tele. Also, keeping out the way of people and nasty viruses was a big thing. You - and your treatment - are ruled by your blood tests. Amy has already been hospitalised with sepsis. She needs to just do whatever she needs to get through the rest of the chemo and treatment. Strictly will still be there when she is ready for it.
