IMO I would have just put out the one post and be done with it but now with the second post its staring to become a bit more like overkill.

I don't think there is anything wrong with being upset you're not having a partner this year so I think the one post is just enough but then this second one and also Dan's post (which I know she has no control over; he could have asked her permission to post it for all we know) was icky.

Luckily you seem to be one of the only people bothered by it, most people have no issue with her post. Feel like people are just picking at nothing for the sake of it now, need the series to start so we can get some actual gossip instead of people moaning about a benched pro every 5 seconds 🤣

I think that’s a massive part of the bad optics tbh- Nadiya’s entitled to feel disappointed and say that, but Dan Walker came barrelling in like a stagey dad whose daughter hadn’t got the solo 💀

Anyway, once the series gets started it’ll all blow over anyway- it always does.

It doesn't bother me tbh its just an observation that I had after @lalalandx21 brought up the topic of Nadiya. You seem to have a different opinion on the topic; thats what the forum is about varying opinions on a tv show :)

I agree the series needs to start (y)

I’ve just seen, she looks really cute bless her. Doesn’t seem to be in the public eye either which is nice & like you said probably much better for his image than the sex podcaster 🤣

I haven't read anything except what was posted here and I agree.
Dan Walker needs to shut up.

Also the papers try to make a story out of nothing at times. Katya supposedly left rehearsals looking downcast or something a while back. She had a perfectly normal expression like anyone anywhere walking along a street. 🤷‍♀️

If she was going along smiling to herself, they would have had a different story out of that, I guess!

At least Dan being supportive makes a change from Alexandra posting #Karma when poor Gorka got benched back in 2019 😭

I miss the era when the partnerships were a little more realistic and it wasn't this saccharine, nicey-niceness throughout!

I don't mean out an out nastiness but a bit of good-natured wit and sarcasm lol. It's all too sanitised!

Like with Amanda and her spin through the Strictly bingo card in 10 seconds flat ending up on ‘and we all love each other’. Luv, you’ve met twice so far and the competition hasn’t started yet. if you think Angela R is going to love everyone, you are sorely mistaken.

I want a Fiona Fullerton/Susannah Reid style feud, please With passive aggressive newspaper columns.
 
How soon we forget Richie and Gio! (no I don't think it was hate, just bad vibes). Though remembering Giovanni looking straight at the camera and declaring 'we get on fine!', and Judi James claiming overtime from the tabs for her body language analysis.

I predicted her for the final right off the bat when she was announced as she just gave me that kind of girl-next-door (Dooley) vibe. I think she will annoy me just as much, too. She needs to ditch the affected stand-up act she was peddling on Saturday. That got right on my wick.

I found Ellie and Zara more likeable. The former having much of more of a natural girl-next-door personality.
