Just seen the photo shoot .... absolutely ran here after spitting my tea out and nearly crying laughing, poor lovely Carlos looks like he's about to burst into tears, all seem to have received terrible news like when a boy band member dies, poor handsome Vito looks in pain ..... What a weird vibe for a light entertainment show you'd think it was been axed looking at this 😂

Carlos looks like he has just been sentenced to life!
Kai looks shifty as if he is feigning some concern for the soon to be behind bars Carlos.
Johannes looking like the Dad of the group, strong and steadfast.
Vito couldn't give a toss.
Neil too proud of his polo neck to be bothered.


If this is a photoshoot to promote the series methinks they have totally missed the point.

No Giovanni in his double breasted either. Dodged a bullet that's for sure.

Kai: Crikey, sir. I'm looking forward to today. Up diddly up, down diddly down, whoops, poop, twiddly dee - decent scrap with the fiendish Red Baron - bit of a jolly old crash landing behind enemy lines - capture, torture, escape, and then back home in time for tea and medals.
Carlos: Mr Gilkisson, can I take the West Side Story costume off yet?

Have they put Kai in WW2 khakis yet for the inevitable ballroom dance they always do around Remembrance Sunday? If they haven't seems a massive oversight by Gilkinson and his crew.

I don't know if anyone reads Terry Pratchett Discowrld novels, but Kai is giving off strong Captain Carrot Ironfounderrson vibes in that photo. If you dyed his hair red, he would be 100% a casting choice: the broad frame, the sharp haircut and slightly-sticky-out ears, the expression that is perpetually caught between Strong Devotion To His Noble Duty and Slightly Concussed Boy Scout....
 
If they are sticking with the new way of pairing up the couples then we could hear spoilers within the next few days, less than a week to go until the launch show. Jowita posted about an exciting day today which could be related, but could also be something completely irrelevant 🤣

Oh, I'm confident Layton will be unpopular with viewers, but if he's the amazing dancer I keep hearing, then he should be safe to the final.

The only one I didn't really get an endearing vibe from, based on that super short clip, was Nikita.

(For some reason Carlos reminds me of Mort(imer). I think its the bit about looking like he’s made entirely of knees)

To be fair, if you’re going to be a Ringer, and know you have no chance of actually winning, you might as well ringer ding ding with extra knobs on … and I so hope he does. I’m totally here for him just Laytoning his way through leaving a pile of besequinned carcasses in his wake and sending DS into spiral of best dancer v most improved threads and polls. Many, many polls.
