Crawling on the floor was distasteful, especially for a family entertainment show. The pros can be subtle with their 'flamboyance' but not overtly over the top.

On the other hand, away from the dance floor he is a beautiful Dad to his children, it is lovely to see. Gemma is perfect for him too, they make a grand couple.

Oh don’t. As someone who watches Australian Masterchef, if I never see that chuffing advert for their ‘no one has ever had a baby before, ever’ docuthingy it will be too soon.

I actually watched the first episode and liked it, I’m ready for my stoning

On a serious note though, I get people’s points about it on here, and I like them and kind of feel nostalgic about that kind of reality show as I watched Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson as a teen.

It was just the same clip every advert break for weeks. I am trauma’d by the Rocky theme.

I have spent August thinking it was September, and now it actually IS September, I think it's August.

But something clicked in my deranged mind - it is September, so Strictly must be starting soon.

I also am not a Gotka fan don’t get good vibes off him at all! He had Maisie who was fab and didn’t seem to gel with her along with a long list of others …think he’d be a real pain tbh !

I used to think that about Gorkas partnerships too but I now think he's just not as in your face about them. From what I've seen on instagram he's still in touch with them and I was pleasantly surprised to see him post stories cheering on his old partners like when Katie Piper wrote a book and Maisies show. I've also seen Katie McGlynn and Maisie go to see his show.

he had a really lovely dynamic with katie piper imo, and she’s always spoken very warmly about how nice and patient he was to her (considering she was maybe the most nervous contestant i have ever seen!)

I think so too, but I guess Rose and Gio did their VW last year instead of couples choice which I think a lot of people expected. I was chuffed as I wanted it as one of their dances for the final instead of the Disney quickstep.

I was actually watching this today lol and it was nowhere near as bad as this clickbait is making out He basically just said his advice for the new celebs is to enjoy it but also understand that it’s all just showbiz and not necessarily real. He was coming across a bit bitter though, not sure if maybe he thought being on the show would have propelled him into a bigger TV career but it hasn’t worked out.
