made all the more by the fact that they obviously fancied each other madly and were doing some kind of dance in “real life” too. absolute fire.he should never have won but ore and joanne’s showdance sticks out as one of my favourites too. it was just very cleverly done.

yes! their argentine tango is probably one of the most undermarked dances ever for me - it’s incredible and they should have got at least one 10.
Whenever I fancy watching some Very Good Dancing, I return to Karim's run on the show. Would particularly recommend his jive, quickstep and tango. His partnership with Amy is also her at her peak, imo - she managed to pull off fun, imaginative choreography despite them being given a couple of shocking song choices and costuming. Interesting to watch back now that I think she's one of the least interesting pros (although it goes without saying that I wish her well!).
Unlikely to make my any friends on here mentioning this name, but I also think Ore's jive is great and return to it often!

I wonder if the RWC will have much of an effect on the viewing figures or the schedule. I don't know about England, Scotland or Wales but all of Ireland's group games are on a Saturday and all but one are on at 8 pm.
Actually Ireland's last group game is against Scotland at 8 so that's one I do know.

Yes! I love this because it has the swing and sway in it which is missing from so many other quicksteps.
i also liked Ian and Denise's for same reason.

I was really hoping to see Hamza back for the launch show, but there’s been no indication that he’s been rehearsing. I think Joe Mcfadden also missed out on coming back to perform because he was doing shows elsewhere.

Do they actually practice? It generally just looks like They’ve had a quick run through in the car park and though ‘jobs a good ‘un’
(My favourite was Rachel and Lisa coming back for the series 7 finale. Rachel looked liked she’d been rehearsing all year. Lisa just stumbled round laughing and shimmying every so often).
