I disagree about Erin not being winning material. All she had to do was a nice safe showdance with Colin Jackson and that trophy was hers!!! But she didn't - the dummies - dear god the dummies!!!

And!!! I've quite often posted that I'm still seething that Danny Mac didn't win - that's nothing to how I feel about Austin Healy being papped out for the Bacofoil couple - RAGING!!!

I doubt Erin would have won that year cos that showdance I think was the best ever on strictly.

Honestly, no she wouldn’t. Darren could have done Colin’s showdance and still won. heck, Darren could have spent the final sat on a chair and still won. Don’t forget, the phone lines were open all week in them far off days and he had basically won before any dancing was done. Darren virtually said as much in his autobiography. Len and his blokey blokey SPORTSMAN honking had made sure of that.

I’ve been, but as a performers guest, so we weren’t there as early. I do know however that they over allocate seating, so if there are some no shows all seats are filled. The seats are very uncomfortable, so make sure your outfit is nice and comfy. The studio is a lot smaller than it looks on TV.
