I did 8 years of ballet and jazz as a nipper so by the ‘Hamza’s dance club’ metric I would basically be Ashley Roberts level of ringerdom if cast

Annabel did do ballet as a child so probably will do graceful ballroom that could get her past the first couple of rounds. Absolutely zero hope for her in latin.
