The problem is overmarking. The beginning of that dance was out of synch, very very obviously, so it shouldn't really score 10s in fairness because it was a mistake. However because they overmark the weaker dances they then lower the score for the better dances if there is a mistake and it is doesn't balance correctly. Now the final is a big orgy of 10s and it doesn't have to be, it didn't used to be.

Yeah.... It was out of sync at the start too... and there was definitely an error in front of the judges for their first dance too.. but with these judges they over score the tit dances so they have no choice but to overscore them all... Bobby should not be getting 10's. He's not in the same league as Ellie and Layton. Nice lad like but he's just not.

this! Someone said Ellie is fearless and I fully agree (I like her and would be happy if she won), however she is also an actress and can put on a show as well as Layton and I think people forget this. Layton has consistently had homophobic and racist hate along with the reminder he’s a ‘pro.’ Ellie has mostly been romantically linked to Vito (love them) for the series.

Layton is here for the moment and enjoying the fact he’s got here. He and Nikita have had a journey and fully deserve it in my opinion.
