Absolutely each to their own! I find Nigel as sexy as a middle manager at a small rental car company near Heathrow. And good as Annabel is, and moving as he story is, I will never ever vote for her due to her horrid views.
I love how we are all able to be free to share our different opinions on here without it descending into a slanging match. However if Layton and Nikita are out before the final we riot yes?
That was a such a random script at the time, however the moral of the story was if you do it often enough Sharon, who 'couldn't have children, so go and have your dream with Zoe', eventually got unexpectedly pregnant with litttle Denny.
It was Dennis Rickman, not Watts. Den Watts snr had a one night stand with Paula, the daughter of one of his best mates.
So loved the character Dennis and of course Nigel and the way he portrayed him.
Yeah the talking bollocks about salad did my nut in. Obviously still would but as long as he didn’t talk too much.I don't find him sexy either. Physically he looks sexy, but his personality is adorkable rather than sexual in any way and he is rapidly becoming a bit of a caricature, sadly.
Gio and Ritchie were a terrible partnership. I always thought Gio looked a bit awkward and uncomfortable. I really wanted Kai to be partnered with Ritchie, I think he would have embraced the experience much more than Gio.This, absolutely. I love that they openly hug and kiss each other on the cheek, Nikita isn't afraid to be seen being tactile with Layton, and isn't one bit uncomfortable when Layton touches him. It's the polar opposite of Gio and Ritchie.
Well since we are in a sharing mood I was watching the red rubber gloved pro dance from last year my goodness Vito in a 'serious mood '
After a couple of watches I finally noticed Giovanni dancing alongside him it surprised me how he just doesn't seem to shine anymore, he really been eclipsed by the newer pros.
I am curious about the coolness between the two of them and if it's personal ( because they must have known of each other before Strictly, they would likely have competed against each other) or if it's just territory sort of thing.
Am I right in thinking Graz and Gio have never been particularly friendly too?
Exactly my point though. All the other contestants are marmite - Ellie is just meh.Absolutely each to their own! I find Nigel as sexy as a middle manager at a small rental car company near Heathrow. Gio was the worst possible partner for poor Ritchie. Almost any other pro, male or female, would have given him a better experience on the show.Gio and Ritchie were a terrible partnership. Wait, that was an actual storyline and not just a joke????
Since we're all sharing our opinions, I find Ellie sweet but dull and none of her dances have stuck in my mind. She's the favourite to win because a section of the audience eat up the romance angle and the best dancer is a ringer that people can't bear to bring themselves to vote for even though Layton and Nikita would be a far stronger and more memorable winning pair in my eyes.
They must all have known each other from Italian competitions. Graz is bezzies with Arduino and some of those ones, but he and Gio aren't particularly friendly which is odd given they're both Sicilian. Graz and Vito seem fairly chummy.Well since we are in a sharing mood I was watching the red rubber gloved pro dance from last year my goodness Vito in a 'serious mood '

I think what’s happening to Gio is James Jordan Syndrome. It happens to all of Them at some point. They come in and are the new shiney pro while the older established pro’s slip down the pecking order. They get the glitzy partnerships and to finals in a row, are front and centre in the group numbers and then after a few years, when you’ve reached your designated number of potential winners or even won some new bright shiney pros are brought in and they are the ones with the new gimmick, getting the young models and stage school bunnies and you are left steering the likes of Vanessa Feltz round for a couple of weeks and talking to Dave Arch at the back of the group numbers. The three of them seemed ok last year when talking about the carbonara in a restaurant in Blackpool. Gio has just zoned out this year though. He had a good partner this year who he thought would just breeze it with little effort and a dubious teaching personality.
Gio's time should be up now on Strictly, he has so many more commitments which he considers more important. His tour next year goes through 3 or 4 months, tv show with Anton and wafting his aftershave around the country, in the hopes of selling a few bottles to various meet and greet Beryl's. Apologies to anyone called Beryl.
I don’t think she has much competition either. Layton is never going to win, and unless Nigel can get a hold of his nerves and emotions I don’t think he’ll release the potential he has. Other than Ellie and Layton I can’t see any other celeb getting a 40 this series.

This leaves you with one of 3 options, bearing in mind that Strictly is actually very loyal to its former regular cast, you can either suck it up and think at least its steady work, you can leave quietly without fuss meaning that doors are still open (many ex-pros dot around the franchise as judges, choreographers and even like Ian pro dancers and pop up on It Takes Two for catch ups) or you can set the bridge aflame, go on a media rampage and never be seen on anything to do with Strictly again and be left shouting into the void of Twitter and Hello, doing Dancing on Ice and panto.
it’s basically a changing of the guard and the same will happen to this new crop in a few years. Vito will be steering the Vanessa of the year around while the newVincent, GioVito takes charge of the perky stage schooler and explains the finer points of salad to Claudia.
