As for Bobby doing a CC about his mother, I'm sure it will be up to him. Jade hasn't been mentioned once. Grief is complicated. Maybe he's not ready to face what he remembers or feels about it. I've said it before, I like him, his dancing is fun and he's taking all this in his stride. As for him being thick I think learning a new dance every week proves that argument wrong. ♥️

I love Kai. I thought what he said was very sincere. I will miss watching him dance for the rest of the competition. I kept forgetting to watch AR, when they were dancing. He looked fab in that suit.

Bobby, in fairness to him, dealt well with Dianne being so emotional. Poor lass. I hope her dad will make a good recovery.

Other than Bobby nobody else remaining has been in the bottom 2. I fear you’re right. I will be furious if the judges save anyone over him.
 
Given what’s going on in her personal life I won’t judge her on tonight but based on the fact she is always incredibly upset when she gets knocked out (hello sobbing to Dev) Dianne really needs to learn to reign it in a bit. I just think as the professional where it’s literally her job and what she signs up for, it’s not a great look to be sobbing and have to be consoled by the celebrity, especially when she’ll be back for another go the next year and they won’t
 
On catch up here. That opening dance was a bit meh - I think maybe because all the costumes really didn't stand out and felt dilted with the set.

I'm assuming an act fell through because there is no way they booked Madness for Blackpool. I could get Madness for my kid's birthday. It didn't help that Suggs mimed worse than me at karaoke down the dog and duck.
 
I presume Layton will have a ballroom next week (based on his song and his recent dances) which could result in him sliding from the top spot, especially if Ellie has a good week plus Bobbys couples choice which will inevitably be overmarked and rake in the votes.

I would say he’s going to have to rely on Angela S not having another good week in order to avoid the dance off

I think a Layton AS will be really good to that song. Ellie is due ballroom - either Tango or QS - I think they'll give her Tango.
Party Latin isn't really Angela's thing so could be a bit ropey. Wonder what Annabel will get - she's due another Latin - that would be one of Paso Doble, Rumba, Salsa, Argentine Tango,

I’m pretty sure it was the week after Blackpool that Ashley & Karim both started hitting the dance offs, so unless Layton really smashes it he could be in trouble and even if he’s top of the leaderboard he could still be. Even if Nigel has rumba and either messes up again or gets undermarked he will likely have the facebook mums thirsting over him so will probably be safe regardless 🤣
