lol, I know right. I know I am an over-anxious person, but so many other people just don't seem to ever think about the possibility of anything going wrong, ever.

The other day Sasha, one of the pros from DWTS, posted a video of him playing with his dog running laps around his pool and I was internally screaming.

My uncle slipped running next to a pool when he was 15 and had lifelong pain and mobility issues from it. Died at 60 after complications from hip replacement surgery.

Boggles my mind that anyone, let alone a pro dancer, can be that cavalier about doing things that could so easily result in a career-ending injury.

To be honest, as talented as they are in dance terms, the majority of the pros are a tad dim.
 
I slightly excuse Vito as hardly anyone in Naples wears one. When I was there once years ago they were selling white t-shirts with a black diagonal stripe on them that you could wear to fool the police! :D

But yes, he and most of the others are not going to trouble Mensa anytime soon...(a small fact ofc is also that it’s illegal!)
 
No surprises at Gorka coming back, I think he has another couple of series left in him. But I hope he quits being rude to Craig this time.

I wonder what trajectory will Gorka take - the Kevin/Gio route (since he is popular and some people did genuinely think he & Helen were robbed last year) or will they put him with a duffer and start phasing him out since 3 finals is still a very good run and there are tons of new guys waiting for their time to shine.
 
No mention by the Sun that Gorka has said several times in the last few months he wants to come back 😆. But sure, definitely a Sun exclusive

I think given he'll have a new baby, if they don't give Gorka a partner up north, he'll have a duffer and a possible early exit so he does actually get to go home at some point

I don't think 3 finals means they'll phase him out, quite the opposite seeing as he had such a good run last year. Hopefully they won't bench him like last time they had a baby!

He’s such a suck up to Shirley, always making a big fuss of her and doing sexy dances with her🤮 definitely wants a judging role one day, I can’t see it though. You can’t just say ‘lubbly jubbly’ to every dance…

Re: seatbelts and pros, I see it a lot near my kids’ school and it drives me nuts. The same parents who on social media are like, ‘I’d die for my kids’ ‘I’d buy them anything they needed’ but can’t follow a simple action and law for their bloody safety. Rant over 😅

Well Bruno managed to spin it out for 17 series but he did fall of a chair as well … and Anton is giving a ‘bit whee a bit whay, dance I would have done‘ a good outing So he probably thinks he stands as good a chance as anyone.

lol, she never said she locks her in! She just said she's taught her not to come into their room at night and wake them up for no reason. I'm not a parent, but that seems pretty reasonable to me? And the rule's only for weekdays, they let her sleep in their bed on weekends if she wants to. I'm assuming, unless she's said something to the contrary that I haven't heard, that they wouldn't shut her back in her room if she had a nightmare or was sick, so I'm not seeing the problem.

If I felt like nitpicking at Gemma's parenting, one thing I'll say is I'm not sure her stance on teaching her to pick up ants, spiders etc and move them off paths so they don't get squished is the greatest idea in the world. (And strange, seeing as they aren't vegan?) Seems to just be setting her up to have the other kids at school make fun of her for getting upset about it. Sorry Gemma, if a biting ant comes anywhere near me, that little fucker is toast! :ROFLMAO:

I was about to say- she explained this a wee while back and it may not be everyone’s parenting choice but plenty of parents do it (myself included lol). Mia’s obviously a happy, well-cared for child, all interactions show that.

I slightly cringed at showing Mia in her swimwear, only because they have a big public platform and unfortunately there are dubious people out there but loads of other celebs do, and they very rarely monetise any content with Mia so I can’t be too mad.

God the Sun is on one at the moment. Neil The Strictly source is working overtime!

Meanwhile on DS LadyLav is faithfully reporting every Sun/Fail story about judges etc. Weird how the rags aren't to be believed when they print stuff about her king, Gio, but suddenly they are gospel.

The thing with Gorka seems to be it’s either/or. It’s either out before week 4 or 5 or in the final. It would be quite good to see him with someone who is neither hopeless nor very good. A nice, steady middler who gets to week 9 or 10 for a change :D
