I think there's been a bit of confusion about who you were referring to. However, I don't see any of Layton's performances as drag. I'm not sure how it would be for attention as opposed to for artistic effect either. Drag has quite set criteria. He isn't a drag act. Neither is he trans. He just enjoys wearing skirts. It's odd to me that people draw such distinctions about a man in a skirt versus women in trousers.And he had a wig and full make up on??
