Who the bloody hell is voting for Annabel and Angela bloody Rippon?!
Elderly people.

I do genuinely feel sorry for poor Zara tonight having to leave the show to go home back to full time baby sitting that muppet tit of a man child Sam Thompson 24/7 its enough to drive anyone to tears .
Genuinely put me off her when I found out she was dating him 😭 I thought ‘well she must be a bloody moron then’

To be fair, given the quality of the choreography and theming, he's not wrong. Most of the pros are wasted on this trash.

Nigel is quality - playing the cute kid card like a pro without even producing the kid in a yucky video.
Have to say Claudia is pissing me off a bit constantly bringing children into the conversations.
Nigel wouldn't of mentioned his little girl had she not put him on the spot asking him to share a cute but private thing she did and as for Krishnans son I mean it's getting over kill now .

I think Kai needs to grow a moustache. He was weirdly attractive

I'm not sure I found it attractive but it really suited him and gave him some extra 'oomph'! Although I'm currently reassessing all my life choices as I've never been a fan of facial hair but recently went to a wedding where the best man had a fabulous tache that stopped me in my tracks and made me gasp "oh my god he's so dashing and handsome" - by the end of the night I had a full-blown crush on him 😂

Zara was the right choice to go tonight but I really felt for her when she was so tearful, and Graz saying such lovely things made me quite emotional. I liked that he encouraged her to do her best lift as their final dance, she looked really pleased with herself afterwards. I need to rewatch the pro dance to enjoy Nikita again! Bobby really does seem to have rocks in his head doesn't he, bless him - Claudia saying "beautifully said" or similar after he said he thought the show would be a rollercoaster and it's turned out to be....a rollercoaster was a bit generous 😂

I hope Nigel's doing ok - he seemed a bit more upbeat when chatting to Claudia although when he said about feeling wobbly after last week's show he did a tiny pause as if to say "and I'm wobbly AGAIN this week". It's a shame they didn't announce him as safe first as he'd clearly been most affected by the judges' comments, but hopefully everyone has buoyed him up and he can come out fighting next week ❤️

She asks what she gets told to ask. There has been a clear shift in the tone of Claudia’s interviews over the last few years that has coincided with the production sway towards X-Factor style emotional manipulation. I don’t imagine at all that she turned up to work one day and decided to drastically alter her approach apropos of nothing, in the same way that I don’t imagine Motsi turned up this series and thought ‘ooooh, I think I’ll start giving coherent critiques instead of shrieking “woo, energy, I saw you girl, and you know that you’re out there killing it”’.
It’s all micro-managed to create a specific narrative.

10 years in the job and maybe Claudia (or whoever writes her script) has just ran out of material. Krishnan's son Jay doesn't seem bothered now by her but from a viewer perspective, repeating the same joke 4 times in a row is a bit lame.

I hope so too, I have no issue with feedback, it's what the judges should be doing but Shirley in particular came across really badly towards Nigel, last night. She reminded me of a witch of a nun I encountered in school who was happy once she had worn someone down. A bully, in other words.

The right person left, for sure. In fact I thought she should have gone last week tbh. And in my opinion, Adam has improved. I hope his health holds up. I thought he looked quite unwell at times last night.
I think there's not an ounce of badness in him 😁

He didn't weep and wail about being in the dance off, or start assuring his kids that daddy was fiiiiiine, so that's all good, in my book.

Shirley's criticism was similar and quite harsh for both Nigel and Layton, yet she gave Layton a high mark anyway and marked Nigel down quite a lot. I felt her comments were justified and backed up, but not her scoring.

I predict the normal backlash against the ringer will start next week or the week after and we'll start seeing Layton in the dance-off.
