The pro dance was fab. Men in sheer tops , Nikita in a skirt, god the man's bloody gorgeous I think I'm in love.

Now Zara has gone who do we think could be in the bottom two next week as none that are left are that bad?

I've got a soft spot for Nigel, now I know I said he's like a wet flannel but he does seem a lovely bloke.

I'd send Adam home next purely because of his health, been twice now that he seems to have had some sort of flare up. But in terms of dancing, I'd say Annabel could go before him. She's just dull and hasn't improved much IMO, whereas Adam has.

Apparently Nadiya insists on him being clean shaven all the time. Have no idea why, as stubble Kai is by far his most attractive look.

Adams dance was very very basic though. He deserved to beat Zara but really that should have been an easy dance for him.
