Its a funny one for Nigel this week because normally the lifts are the best part of a salsa but he did better when he was on his own dancing and not dancing or lifting Katya.

I would much prefer him be good at the actual dance steps rather than the lifts, some couples over the years have relied too heavily on lifts and neglected the actual salsa steps.

I was worried that Nigel was going to go off the boil and fizzle out of the competition so it's great to see him back on form. That salsa was much more like it!
