My initial thoughts were , Fleur is so annoying. The new pro Carlos has the strangest accent, Matt Goss looks so highly strung and on edge, Diane should have been benched and the launch show was far too long with too much filler. Iā€™ve got a tub of heroes at the ready, itā€™s the rules as Strictly means autumn/Christmas.

ā€œon edgeā€ is the perfect way to describe matt. he looks so tightly wound and conscious of himself, i do wonder if heā€™ll loosen up enough to actually enjoy the experience šŸ¤£

fleur was annoying but i hope she stays just so i can have a decent amount of vito on my screen because šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ‘ŒšŸ»šŸ‘ŒšŸ»

i feel like jayde and karen may be this yearā€™s surprise package tbh. i had never heard of jayde before but i thought she came across well on the launch show and has great rhythm based on the group dance.
 
Itā€™s nice to see the covid protocols gone and things back to normal too.

Thereā€™s a wee interview with Rose on the Strictly podcast that slightly blows the social distancing stuff out of the water as she says that her and Gio, Kai and Rhys used to have swingball competitions in her dressing room šŸ¤£
 
Oh no, Katya and Tony are in Arsenal themed outfits.
I think she has severely overestimated the Venn diagram overlap between Strictly fans and football fans! (I say this as a football fan, who not being English or an Arsenal fan, has little interest in Tony bar 'he seems amiable, hope he's not toooo tit')
