Good move by Jowita, if Arduino is choreographing she may get a good part in the group dances. Surely she should get a decent celeb partner this year after having to 'train' Adrian Chiles for last year's xmas special!! By his own admission it took a lot of training. 😬

Aw. Poor Adrian. He tried! I wouldn't mind him for a proper series, doleful trotting after his high energy partner with the air of a lugubrious and long suffering boxer dog who has no idea what is happening, but is trying his best.

(I did like his surprise appearance across a bunch of random things at Christmas 2021. He tried his best on Strictly, was very sane and sensible...and then lost his fricking mind on Taskmaster in the best possible way.)

I developed a soft spot for Adrian in that SCD Christmas special, and then on Taskmaster he was just fabulous. I’m a total fan girl now 😍

Fell down an Instagram hole and I think Carlos might be a bit shorter than I thought. Maybe not 5"5, but from this pic he looks an inch or two tall than Nancy who's about 5"6 I think

She’s stunning. I know what you mean about her voice. She’s not my favourite presenter in the world but she does seem to attract some quite awful vitriol at times.

I love regional accents and dialects and it’s great that she has kept hers … but toning it down to make what she says clearer isn’t selling out or bowing to pressure. My mum wears hearing aids and struggles to catch what she says … and it’s nothing to do with the volume. It’s the fact she gabbles, apparently.
