Didn’t Alijash and Jeanette dance in the Buckingham Palace grounds during lockdown. They danced together because they lived together. It was to celebrate something but I can’t remember what

Luba has to have a partner … the air of absolute and complete bemusement she brought to the whole Only Fools and Horses jive with Jay Blades was fabulous.
watching Tony Adams trying to explain the finer points of The Archers to her would be awesome.

Yes, the would have to use the Anita Dobson version for Strictly. Just for being so kinda tit but also iconic
 
For those of us who are not royalists, please no Buckingham Palace tit. Can you imagine the fawning? it was bad enough when Harry turned up in JJ's VT.

Anyway it looks like Kai, Nadiya and Gio will be going to prison soon, so there will be openings for more pros (wouldn't be surprised if the AT nutters had reported this!):

Oh, yes Tess … when they said I was doing what they told me my completely free pick Couples Choice this week, I couldn’t be happier. I mean, I had thought I could do a contemporary number to The Lark Ascending, to signify how I’d overcome my struggles both internal and external … but dressing as Dougal and doing a Tango/jive mash up to the Magic Roundabout theme was a very close second.

Cue bemused looking young person who's obviously never seen the show they're representing and a partner who didn't grow up in the UK so has no idea either.

I guess it depends on where in the series it falls and how many celebs will be left … and what they consider iconic and worth tributing.

Some picks almost write themselves … Helen and Blue Peter, Hazma and Life on Earth, Tony and MOTD theme or Grandstand.
Some stuff like Mastermind or University Challenge could be interesting … Fawlty Towers if they have all the misspelt signs … but knowing Strictly they’ll go for something that was on once. At midnight. On BBC4.
